1. Our agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CleanPlus, package com.cleanplus.photo.trash.storage, and the website cleanplusapp.org, provided by Bachra LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It does not replace any separate consent or Android permission required for a particular activity.

2. What CleanPlus provides

CleanPlus is an Android cleaning tool for reviewing similar photos, large videos, and junk files. Media scanning and analysis are performed on your device, without uploading your media file contents to us or third parties for cleaning.

Features and results depend on your device, Android version, permissions, and files. Similarity results are suggestions and can be imperfect. CleanPlus does not determine the personal importance of your files, increase physical storage capacity, or guarantee a specific amount of recovered space, device speed, or battery improvement.

Website interface previews and example storage figures are illustrations rather than guarantees of the app’s final interface or results. CleanPlus is being prepared for Google Play; the website will provide a download link when the public listing is available.

3. Eligibility, Google sign-in, and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms, or have the authorization of a parent or guardian where required. Google services may have additional age and account requirements.

When you use Google sign-in, provide accurate information and protect your Google account and device. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law. We never need your Google password. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Permissions, cleaning, and your files

You decide which Android permissions to grant. Permissions are used for the corresponding features, and you can change them in your device settings. Denying or withdrawing access can limit those features.

Before confirming a cleanup, review what will be affected and make a separate backup of important photos, videos, and other files. Deleted files may be permanently removed. The availability of a trash folder or restoration depends on Android, your gallery or backup provider, and your settings; we do not guarantee recovery.

You should only access, review, or remove files that you own or have permission to manage. A suggested similar photo or junk file may still matter to you. Do not rely solely on a label, preview, or similarity result when deciding what to delete.

5. Acceptable use

Use CleanPlus lawfully and in a way that respects other people’s rights. Do not use it to gain unauthorized access to information, disrupt or abuse services, evade security controls, distribute malware, or manage another person’s files without permission.

Do not copy, distribute, sell, or modify the app or circumvent technical protections except as expressly permitted by us or by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable interoperability or open-source rights.

6. Advertising and third-party services

CleanPlus contains advertising supplied through Google AdMob and uses Google sign-in, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. Their data practices and your choices are described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party services and websites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Advertisements and external links do not mean that Bachra LTD endorses the advertised product or the third party’s claims. Any transaction you choose to make with an advertiser is between you and that provider, subject to applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

We or our licensors own the CleanPlus software, branding, and website content, except for material belonging to you or identified third parties. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms and applicable Google Play rules.

You keep your rights in your own photos, videos, and files. Using CleanPlus does not transfer ownership of those files to us. Android, Google Play, Google, and Firebase names and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement of CleanPlus.

8. Availability, compatibility, and updates

We may update the app or website to improve reliability, adapt to platform changes, address security issues, or change features. Some updates or third-party services may require network access, and your network provider’s charges may apply.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every Android device, or that all issues will be corrected. If we materially change or discontinue a service, we provide notice where practicable and as required by law.

9. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided on an "as available" basis without additional warranties beyond those required by law. You remain responsible for reviewing cleanup choices and maintaining appropriate backups.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the service, including loss arising from files you choose to remove. These limitations do not exclude responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or any other liability or consumer guarantee that the law does not allow us to limit.

Nothing in these Terms takes away mandatory consumer rights or remedies. The scope of any limitation is determined by the law that applies to you.

10. Ending use and account deletion

You may stop using CleanPlus at any time. You may uninstall the app, change Android permissions, and revoke Google access. To request deletion of your CleanPlus account and associated data held by us, use the Account & Data Deletion page or email [email protected].

Uninstalling the app or revoking Google access alone does not submit an account-deletion request. Deleting your CleanPlus account does not delete your Google account or remotely delete personal media files from your phone.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, serious abuse, security threats, or a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable notice and consumer-protection requirements.

11. Applicable law and resolving concerns

Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These Terms operate subject to the law that applies to the service and any mandatory protections of your country of residence. You retain any right to bring a claim before a competent court or use a dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the extent necessary, and the remainder continues to apply where legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive it.

12. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. We provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required for material changes. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using the service.
